Q. Can I buy something directly off of the PTWarehouse website?
A. Yes! All merchandise and accessories listed on our site may be purchased by completing and submitting our secure order form. However, phone and fax orders are also accepted. All personal information is held confidential by PTWAREHOUSE.COM. All information transmitted to our site is sent via a secure communication server.

Q. How do I find an accessory for my new PT Cruiser®?
A. Using our menu bar at the top of the screen, select Accessories. You will then be given the opportunity to choose between Exterior, Interior and Performance accessories. After you make your selection, a list of the appropriate accessories will be displayed. Now, click on the item or select from the drop-down list the accessory you would like to receive more information about.

Q. What are the shipping and handling charges for my order?
A. Shipping and handling charges are added based on the total amount of your order. All shipping rates are for continental US only, Additional rates will apply to all Alaska, Hawaii and Overseas orders. Charges will be based on weight and postal codes.

Q. What is the PTWAREHOUSE.COM return/exchange policy?
A. PTWarehouse Guarantee....: Cancel Order Requests; If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We CANNOT cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product has been shipped, you will be charged for the order. See refunds.; Damaged Products; If your product has been damaged while in the shipping process or if you have received a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product. We will then contact you with further instructions on handling your claim.; Refunds; All non-defective returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned prepaid in factory original cartons with all original paperwork and/or manuals. Painted or custom made parts are not refundable.

Q. How do I know if a product or part is not currently available?
A. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you on your order confirmation. All out of stock items are automatically reordered when supplies reach our minimum. In most cases, the delay is only a few days.

Q. How do I know you have received my order?
A. You will receive an order confirmation from us shortly after you submit the order form. The order confirmation will include a confirmation number and the total cost.

A. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Drop ships, special orders or painted parts are shipped ASAP.
