- A. Yes! All merchandise and accessories listed on our site may be
purchased by completing and submitting our secure order form. However,
phone and fax orders are also accepted. All personal information is

- Q. Will PTWAREHOUSE.COM match Internet competitor prices?
- A. Yes! We will match all advertised Internet competitors on in stock items.

- A. Using our menu bar at the top of the screen, select Accessories. You will then be given
the opportunity to choose between Exterior, Interior and Performance accessories.
After you make your selection, a list of the appropriate accessories will be
displayed. Now, click on the item or select from the drop-down list
the accessory you would like to receive more information about.

- Cancel Order Requests
- If you wish to cancel your order, please
contact us as soon as possible. We CANNOT cancel an order once it has
entered the shipping process. In the event that the product has been
shipped, you will be charged for the order. See refunds.
- Damaged Products
- If your product has been damaged while in the
shipping process or if you have received a defective product, please contact
us within 24 hours of receipt of your product. We will then contact
you with further instructions on handling your claim.
- All non-defective returned items are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise must be returned prepaid in factory original cartons with all
original paperwork and/or manuals. Painted or custom made parts are not

- A. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you on your order
