Personalized merchandise are not refundable.
All non personalized items will be exchanged only if deemed defective in workmanship.

Please note. All returned checks or credit card chargebacks or returns are subject to a 25.00 service charge plus all collection/court fees. Any customer with uncollected funds will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the applicable law

Cancel Order Requests

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We CANNOT cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.  In the event that the product has been shipped, you will be charged for the order. See refunds.

Damaged Products

If your product has been damaged while in the shipping process or if you have received a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product.  We will then contact you with further instructions on handling your claim.

Refunds

All non-defective returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Merchandise must be returned prepaid in factory original cartons with all original paperwork and/or manuals.  Painted or custom made parts are not refundable.
